Privacy Policy

• Reading and prayer data. Your bookmarks, highlights, last reading position, personal prayer list and daily check-in streak are stored in the app's private storage on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
• Settings. Your theme, text size, voice pace, reminder time and whether With Him Plus is active are stored in the same private storage.
• Scripture and content. The Bible text (World English Bible, public domain), the daily reflections, prayers and sessions are bundled inside the app. Nothing is downloaded or streamed, and the app works fully offline.
• Audio. Ambient sounds are generated on the device. The optional read-aloud narration uses the text-to-speech engine already installed on your phone (for example Google Text-to-speech); that engine is governed by its own maker's policy. The app never records audio.
• Daily reminder. If you turn the reminder on, the app schedules one local notification a day on your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere to produce it.
• Backup. Android may include the app's private data in your own Google account backup if you have Android backup switched on, so your bookmarks and prayer list can be restored on a new phone. That backup is controlled by you and by Google, not by us.
• Sharing. When you share a verse as a picture or text, the app hands it to the app you choose through the Android share sheet. We do not see it.

The free version shows a banner ad in the Listen library and, occasionally, a full-screen ad when you open the Listen library, served by Google AdMob. There is also an optional rewarded ad: if you choose to watch it, every Plus feature is unlocked for 24 hours. That ad only ever starts when you tap its button. Ads are never shown on the Today screen, in the Bible reader, during prayer, or while audio is playing. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the Android advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostics, and shares them with Google to serve and measure ads. See Google's privacy policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads. In the European Economic Area and the UK you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings > Ad privacy choices. Your reading, prayers and audio choices are never used for advertising. Subscribing to With Him Plus removes all ads.

With Him Plus is sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and holds your purchase history under the Google Play terms and privacy policy. The app stores only whether the subscription is active, and checks that with Google Play when it starts.

We do not operate any servers for this app and do not collect, store or sell personal data. The app has no accounts and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

With Him is a general-audience app. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Data stays on your device in the app's private storage. Communication with Google services uses encrypted connections.

• Turn the daily reminder off at any time in Settings, or in Android notification settings.
• Delete any bookmark, highlight or prayer inside the app.
• Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device.
• Reset your advertising ID in Android settings, or remove ads with With Him Plus.
